Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we will gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a refund or store credit subject to the following conditions:
Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items that appear used or altered in any way will be refused and returned to you.
Please note, we do not accept returns on earrings or head wear for sanitary purposes.
Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on items marked final sale.
To start a return, please contact us at info@petitewondersco.com and we will provide return instructions by email within 24 hours of your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of your refund. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post funds.
